Rescheduling

Hi,

I had two tickets that cancelled on October.
So now I am trying to use those two tickets to other place.
But when I use "Customer Service and Download ticket", I met "canceled".
So I clicked the "Rescheduling" link on "You have a rebooking value that you can use to book the trip Rescheduling", your homepage shows me "The trip can not be rebooked. Instead, we refer you to the original sales point for rebooking"

I cannot understand what does this last sentence("The trip can not be rebooked. Instead, we refer you to the original sales point for rebooking") mean?
