Incurred costs, how will I be compensated?

I had to pay for a taxi, how do I get my money back? Who pays for the overnight stay in the hotel? I missed my flight and had to rebook, how will SJ compensate me?

  • All compensation claims can be sent to us either by email or via letter. If extra costs were incurred, the easiest way to apply for compensation is by email to kundservice@sj.se.

    You will be notified when the case has been processed or whether we required further information, and details of the compensation awarded. Flight tickets and lost working hours will not be compensated.
