I missed my connection, what do I do?

I have missed my connection. What happens now? Is there a later train I can take? Who can I call for help?

  • If you miss a connection due to a delayed SJ train, you are always welcome to contact our traffic information service on +46 771-75 75 75. We can then provide you with information about connections and help you with rebooking.

    You can also contact a member of staff on board. They will be able to provide you with information about connections.

    If the delay was caused by another company, contact that company directly for help with any incurred costs or rebooking.
