    Have you lost something on board our SJ train then we recommend primarily the use of their online form to register your lost item and your contact details.

    You can also contact them by phone at +46 (0)8–57 88 48 00, alternatively you can visit their office located at Kungsgatan 79 in Stockholm.

    Their opening hours are Mon-Fri 12:00 to 16:00 by phone and 10:00 to 18:00 at the office.

    Keep in mind that it may take up to a week for the lost property to arrive at the lost and found department.
