We will move to another municipality in June. So what should I do to change my child's preschool from Partille? Do I have to apply my child to another preschool again as a new one?

Generally you will have to apply for the preschool in the municipality wich you will be moving to. So check with them how you apply there. And resign your preschool in Partille from the date when you no longer need it.
