How do I cancel my tenancy agreement?
Cancel your contract by using the online cancellation form. If you have a Swedish personal number you need to log onto Mina sidor and cancel the contract on "Säg upp kontrakt".
The cancellation period is three monhts, counted from the upcoming turn of the month. If you wish to move out earlier you can write a requested date. This earlier date is only approved if the new tenant wants to move in earlier.
After you've sent a cancellation we will send a cancellation confirmation to your email with more information about the moving out process, such as information about the inspection and deposit refund (if you've paid a deposit).
