Questions about getting a corridor room

I received an offer but I cannot find a list of what kind of documents should I upload, could you please specify them? Then which steps should I follow fo renting? How will the payment be done?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    If you have an offer for a student apartment or room you need to upload documentation/proof that you've been admitted to a program in the same city you have received the offer. You must study at least 50% on university or collage to be eligible to a student apartment.
    You upload the documents under the tab "Document upload" on My pages.

    After you uploaded the documentation and accepted the offer you just wait to see if you get the contract. Since we send offers to several applicants it's not guaranteed you will get the contract right away, you might have several offers before getting a contract. If you get the contract we will contact you.

    Once you have a contract, we'll send an invoice about 2 weeks before the contract starts. The rent is always paid in advance and thus are due the last week day before the contract starts.
