Where can I get my current electricity meter reading to pass on to the energy supplier?

The electricity meters are usually located in the basement. In some properties they are freely accessible, but not always.

If you are unable to use our online portal, please send an e-mail to service@heimstaden.de .
Please be sure to tell us your meter number and we will pass it on to the caretaker to drop you the current meter reading in the letter box.
