Can I request an extra key?
I would like to apply for another house key so that my youngest son can have his own. Can I do this at any locksmith or do I have to come to you?

For an additional apartment key, please create a request via MyHome.
Please be sure to tell us your key number.
The key number is usually engraved on the key.
If you are unable to use our online portal, please use our contact form on our Website .
To have a copy of a key made, you will receive the appropriate authorization to present to the responsible locksmith and legitimize the duplication.
Please note that reordering keys is often a chargeable service.
If you need a new or additional letterbox key, you can order this yourself from a locksmith of your choice at your own expense.
