Why is the connection so bad?
Hello. When I open the game, my internet connection "collapses" and I can't play well, specially in duels and battle royale. I thought the problem was the Internet connection, but I can use my mobile phone without problems, so I don't know what else to do.

In case its working with the mobile connection then its hard to say from our end why your internet connection is bad. I would recommend trying with ethernet-cable if possible instead of wifi, or try another device or browser to see if it works better.
