Why am I paying twice?

A few months ago I started paying for GeoGuessr on the app. My phone broke, so I decided to start playing on my laptop. I was able to log in again with no problems, but the game didn't seem aware that I was already paying and I was reverted back to free mode. Why does this not translate to PC?

Hi,

It does translate. I would assume you chose not to share the email upon signup, and therefore you have a generic Apple email to log in with where the Pro account is on. As per - https://geoguessr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020910178-I-cannot-use-my-Apple-login-to-play-on-the-website

Then you have purchased the subscription on a different email since there is no payment made on Google Play or through credit card on this email. In order for me to look further into it you can send an email to subscription@geoguessr.com with the receipt of the subscription and I can investigate further.
