Where's the original competitive city streaks mode?

I can't find the original competitive city streaks mode, where I could play until I lost all my lives and see how many cities I could guess. I have found the competitive city streaks mode in Career mode but it's not the same at all: it forces me to wait for opponents (in the original I could just start playing instantly) and I only have 5 minutes and that's it. It's not the same experience at all, it was extremely underwhelming and I paid geoguessr pro mainly because I liked the original City Streaks mode.

  • Hello, i would also like this game mode to come back, at least as a single player mode. In the end it was the only mode i was playing and the only reason for me to get the pro subscription. I got a reply saying that it was coming back like 6 months ago but it's not here yet, it's a bit sad cos it had a lot of people in it

  • It did not really have any players in it, so that was why we have phased it out. It is still available as events though, but hopefully it can come back in to single player.

  • Oh i mean the old old one lol, not the one where you played other 9 people and had 3 minutes. I didn't like that one. But the other one was fun and challenging enough for me to play constantly. Hopefully it can be back in single player mode. Thanks!
