What about a radio mode? ^^

First of all, we love geoguessr! Thanks to the developers for their work!
We especially like to play while listening to music from the country we thought we could guess.
It would be awesome to have a radio mode in the game (which you could turn on), which would broadcast local music or radio to help find the country and make the experience even more immersive! ^^

  • Haha fun coincidence actually, we have discussed music in the game the last couple of weeks! So we have talked about a radio in the future 😀

    Now we are working on sounds though, as a first step.

  • There is http://radio.garden/ with a lot of radios from all over the world. Maybe there is a way to link it with the game, or contact the creator to have some implementation.

    Maybe still insteresting for you.... I have just published a chrome extension called Geoguessr Radio. It playes local radio stations during classic games and switches automatically with each guess.
