Verification request denied without reason

Hi! I've recently submitted 2 verification requests and both have been denied without any reason. I was just wondering what the reason for denial was, since the email just says:
Your request for verification has been Declined! The reason for this is: "". If you feel that we made an incorrect decision feel free to contact us again!

    When we look at requests we look for a mix between engagement longterm as well as followers so that is why it was denied these times.

    Just out of curiosity, why didn't the email say that? Was it a bug that the reason was blank?

  • No it should be manually added, but sometimes is not due to the number of requests we get.
