The new "No moving" setting.

Hello. I love the new "No moving" setting but I just want to request that you also add the setting for map creators when they make and publish a map. So that a map creator can pick that everyone who plays the map will have to play with the no moving setting by default on that specific map and that no one can change it.

This would be great as there are maps out there called "No moving" where people are cheating and moving. Adding this in the map creator settings as well would be great.
