Technical issues

From time to time I get black locations while playing Battle Royale which led me to lose a lot of points yesterday. It is a repeatable issue that happens at random and can't be fixed by reloading a page. A friend of mine experienced the same issue on their device multiple times the same day. I am using Mozilla Firefox on Windows 10 Pro as my main browser and the only extensions I have are uBlock Origin and Dark Reader. My friend plays on Chrome using Windows 11 with only an adblock extension. We are both experiencing the issue for the first time, although we are long - time players. Would be really helpful if fixed since this led to a lot of frustration.
