Subscription tried to charge me twice bug

Today when I was renewing my subscription with a different card, the first time I tried to pay it failed but the problem was that I got a message from the bank of the new card and also from the bank of the old card both denying it. I solved the problem with the new card and when I used the new card once again I got a message from the old card denying what I was trying to do even though I was not trying to use him. Those two cards are from two different banks. So I think that the subscription probably had saved my old card and when I tried to use the new card because of a bug It tried to charge with what you guys had stored plus the new card.
I was charged just once, I am just reporting the bug.
