i bought the monthly subscription and got charged, but my account is still not pro.

  • I would assume its active on another account. Im not able to find a purchase on this one.

    If it was purchased through Paddle (paddle.net on the transaction) you would need to reach out to them so they can sort it from their end - assist@paddle.com
