  • Hi Darya,

So sorry about that, it was a bug that now have been fixed. We will absolutely refund you (it might take a few days for it to reach your account) and let you keep your pro account until it ends, hope that helps.

    have a great day

  • Hi Иван,

Send me an email and we'll sort it out.

The reason it was charged at the moment could be that you picked paypal as payment option, then there's no trial period (it says next to the button but is easy to miss, we're working on clarifying it)

    best,

  • Hi Tom,

That sounds weird, I looks like you signed up for the annual pro subscription on Feb 12th and then your card was charged 10 days later on Feb 22th, is that correct?

I've canceled your subscription and refunded you.

    best,
    Mikael
  • Good afternoon, is it possible to refund the money to write them off for a subscription? I forgot to turn off subscription, but I do not want to extend it.

    Have a great day!
