I signed up for the paid version for one month. However, my credit card is charged for the whole year. Can I get a refund?

  • I have refunded the payment and cancelled the subscription. Can take up to 3-5 days before the funds are returned.

  • hi it s me again it i just got my refund, but it seems like i was charged twice in the first place, i have to payments for 24€ for paddle. net geoguessr in the last week why is it ?

    I would recommend reaching out to Paddle to look further into that since I can only see one payment thats been refunded. assist@paddle.com or https://www.paddle.com/contact.
