Refund of subscription after free trial.

I received a receipt today of $33.45 for geoguesser pro yearly and only wanted to try the free trial. I understand this is because I failed to cancel the subscription but as it is the first day I would really appreciate a refund.

  • There is no subscription on this email. Just an old free trial you started a few months back.
