refund for annual subscription

hello geoguesser, I didn't realize the annual subscription renews automatically, I enjoyed last year but no longer interested in the subscription for next year. I cancelled my subscription now. please refund me for the last payment.

got no refund. extremely upset and do not recommend doing this subscription!! I didn't use it since the automatic renewal (two weeks??!) and you still won't refund.
