Refund

Hi there,
I logged into my account today that I pay for a monthly subscription for. It would not let me play for more than 5 minutes. I mistakenly thought that I had used my personal email and again was told I could only play for 5 minutes. I went to see my personal subscription, and even though I had paid last week, I was not a pro member. As I was in a hurry (school teacher) I purchased another account and wanted to sort out the pro account later. I intended only to purchase a monthly, but purchased a full year. When Ilogged in on my home computer, I was able to view my subscription on my work account, and that I had been charged a yearly subscription on my personal email account. I would like a refund, as I already pay for a monthly subscription and cannot afford to pay another yearly subscription.
