Question says timed out but we were not able to add a pin

my team is in a challenge with other team members. Our first challenge was presented and we were required to drop a pin on a map. However, we could never get the pin to appear. We tried refreshing, etc. The other challenges all worked correctly but it left us with a 0 for the first one. Is there a way to reset a time out in order to answer it?
