pro subscription gone?

i have recently purchased geoguessr pro, but when I logged out and back in again, my pro subscription was gone. i think i have two accounts with the same email adress, but every time i log in, i log in to the wrong account.

    Im not able to find the account with the subscription on it. Send me an email to subscription@geoguessr.com with the following and I can help you locate it.

    - Last 4 digits of the card used
    - Expiry date (MM/YY)
    - Full name of card holder
    - PayPal Transaction ID (if applicable)
