Pro membership

I bought the pro membership in December 2020 for one year but my account says my membership expired the 17th of January, I have the invoice confirming my payment for a yearly subscription in December so I'm not sure what's wrong. thanks for your time.

    I can see that the payment was never deducted and that it was declined by the Bank.

    So I suggest you reach out to your bank to see what the reason for this is.
