Pro Membership Expired?
I bought the Pro Membership yearly $23.88 on December 29th. For some reason on the 19th of January, it says that my subscription has expired and that I am now on a free account. I have the invoices from when I first bought the membership and for when the week trial ended. I don't want to have to rebuy the membership because I don't know if this would happen again.
I can see that the payment failed twice from the Banks side rejecting it. Im not able to see in further detail why. So no payments will be taken or has been taken.
You can try again and hopefully it works out better, or try through the Mobile App (the subscription can be used both on the web and the app).
