• You are logging in to the wrong account. We do not reset levels or stats. I would guess that you have another account on Google/Facebook login.
  
  If you do not know which one it is, send an email to subscription@geoguessr.com with:
  
  - last 4 digits of the card
  - expiry date
  - full name of card holder
  - date of latest charge
