pro account gone on the app??

i payed for a pro account but when i logged on the geoguessr app (i’ve only used the website before) it doesn’t have the pro benefits and it’s a free account, it asks me to pay when i already have??

Then you are logging in to another account on the app. It is active on this email I can see.
