Hi, I noticed that I have been charged for a pro account , I want to cancel. When I log in to cancel it says that I do not have a pro account. Why am I being charged if I don’t have a pro account? I remember cancelling my subscription a long time ago. Why would my account show that I’m being charged but not say I have a pro account and I can’t seem to cancel it.
You might have created an additional account. You can send the order number from the last invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org and I can help you from there.
