Pro Account Expired Early


On August 23, 2018, I paid for a year-long Pro subscription.

Now when I login, I don't have Pro privileges (the site asks me if I want to go Pro).

Can someone please help me resolve this?

I can provide a copy of my invoice if needed.

  • Hello again. Something unexpected seems to have occurred when you cancelled your subscription. I've made sure your subscription stays cancelled but extended the underlying pro service to match your original subscription. I'm really sorry about this inconvenience.
