Please move some data from cookies to account profile

I assume all of the "Got It" information pop-ups on the competitive page should only appear during a user's first visit to this section. I have my browsers set to delete cookies on exit, so I also assume there is a flag in one of the cookies to track whether a user has already viewed these messages. This is based on my experience that every time I close and restart my browser, I am again presented with these messages when visiting the competitive section. I suppose the other option is that this information is only stored "per session", which would but a rather poor implementation. This is a mild annoyance for anyone not saving cookies or those of us that play on multiple systems. This information should be stored server side.
