Platinum badge

I recently got the final 25K for Europe in classic gameplay. I did not recieve the platinum badge for 25K'ing all European countries (also Gibraltar and Monaco, I heard there were some issues with that). Is this a (known) bug?

    There is usually a 24 hour delay of receiving it, but I would assume you completed it before that? If so I will check further what the issue is.
