Payment didn't go through

I had my subscription not cancelled and it was supposed to charge me for another year of GeoGuessr, but the payment didn't go through and I don't have Pro now. The card had enough money, so I don't know what the problem is. I've also had the coupon for confirming my e-mail address for less price.
