Old account with running pro subscription seems to have dissappeared?

Hi, I used to have an account with you guys registered to the same email. I haven't played in a month or two and now it seems that my account is deleted/banned? My pro sub was still running and my cc was charged on the 17th of april. Would love to get some clarification.
