My verified badge is gone and i'm not sure why
I applied to be verified a little while ago nad got it, since then i've only grown my twitch channel and now I have just realised my verified badge has gone, this may be down to me changing my name and profile picture but apart from that im not too sure why

Most likely since you changed your username. When that is done the verified badge is removed since it kinda defeats the purpose to change username once verified on it.
I have sorted it though!
