My surroundings are completely blurred to where I can't see anything.
Wherever I landed, it is just a blur of colors literally. I tried to move around but the colors remain and everything stays the same.

This looks like defective data from Google Street View. Unfortunately it is considered as valid data and the game can't be aware of the problem. The only way to fix it is to make a guess (probably in the USA), rate the location one star and select the most fitting choice so the devs can remove the location. Then click on the flag icon on the map result to open Google Maps and report the problem to Google through the top left widget (where you usually see the road name etc, click on the three small dots).
