My pro subscribtion disappeared

On this Monday, 11th April, I paid 2.99 for a monthly pro subscription and played it normally. However I can't use it today, it bacame a Free-account. Why did you withdraw my pro membership for no reason? I bought it for a month, but I can only play it for less than a week?

  • You are logging in to the wrong account. The subscription is active on this email. However only a temporary trial has been started which will expire within 24 hours, I would assume that either you left the checkout or it failed. So you can redo it after it expires.
