My account has been banned

When I entered the game and click the competitive button, game says ''Your account has been permanently banned from Competitive and you have been removed from all leaderboards due to cheating. If you have any questions you can send them to info@geoguessr.com.'' But I didn't cheated. I just played the game. Please give my account back.
