Missing account info?

I have played geoguessr since 2016, and have had a pro account for much of that time.

After a lengthy hiatus I had to reset my password to log in as I had forgotten it. After doing so my account is no longer pro and has no history what so ever.

I hope I am not still paying for pro and not receiving it.
