Map Stutter

Is there any known issues that are causing problems with the smoothness of the map portion of Geoguessr?

The problem I'm having is that, particularly in the Streaks mode, after I've made a guess and it zooms in on the map to show the right answer, that zoom is super stuttery.

I've updated Chrome, Windows, GPU and Network drivers to no avail. Can't figure out what's causing the problem, other modes don't really have the zoom bit so I don't notice it on them
