Locked out of account

Hi, I started the free trial for pro yesterday, but when I tried logging in on a different device it created a new free account using the same email and wouldn't let me log in to my pro one. I have since remade and deleted this free account several times to try and get into my original account but it won't work, and have found my original account (named joquo) on the search feature using the free account. Could you please sort this before the free trial runs out, because I don't want to be charged for a free trial I have only used once and might still cancel.
