• My card will not let me sign up either. A friend tried to sign up with there's as well and it won't let them. How can I fix? I am from USA

• I am having the same problem as Zach.  Card "declined" twice.  Card issuer customer support says there was no decline.  Paypal "support" is worthless.  Too bad.

• Ok, sorry. Yeah we've had or issue with them as well when implementing them as a pay provider. I don't have any suggestions unfortunately.

  One reason that your prepaid visa card doesn't work might be because you are signing up for a subscription (I believe prepaid cards mostly are used for one-time purchases).
  
  Perhaps you could try using PayPal instead (by registering your card there)?
