I was charged despite being on the 10 day free trial. I've cancelled my membership and would like to be reimbursed

    Sure we'll figure it out.. Did you sign up with another email? I can't see that this one has a pro subscription? Or could you email me the last 4 digits/date of expiry on the credit card you used and I'll have a look that way?
