I get locations from outside my polygon regions

I try to make a map of Northern Norway, arctic islands, Northern Russia, Alaska and northern Canada. Yet I get locations from Sweden, Finland and other places outside the region. My latest attempt is illustrated with the image attached. I try to not cross the date line, and my there polygons all contain proper street view locations, I think. Any advice on how to fix this?

Avoid crossing the international date change line in the Pacific. The Russian polygon probably crosses it a bit. Don't look at the line on the map, the actual line is just straight from top to bottom so look at where is looks straight. To help you just put the line on the border of the map window so you can see if your polygon crosses it.
