I already cancelled.
I recently cancelled my subscription before the next months payment was due but I was still charged and given an extra month. This unexpected charge after I Cancelled my subscription lead to my bank account being over drawn and I lost an additional $25. This is very disheartening during such a tough time for me. Please never charge me again. Should I just delete my account to assure you don't make this mistake again?
Deleting the account will not work since the payment provider is separate. Send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have a further look.
