HUD disappeared during game

• Did you zoom using ctrl button, like when you zoom on websites? I see the magnifier icon in the URL tab which means you have zoomed in (or out) using this browser functionality. Click on it to reset the zoom and see if the HUD comes back.
  
  To zoom in game just use the mouse wheel or the + / - buttons on the left.

• Yes I zoomed out all the way just to check this was not the issue I normally have my browser at about 75% and I had zoomed out as far as 25%

• This same exact thing has happened to all of my ongoing games. I cannot continue any of them. No hud and weirdly zoomed in/tilted. Before this week, when this happened, i only had to refresh the page, but that no longer works. Clearing the cache did not help either. Nothing seems to fix it anymore.

• It looks like Chrome, but is this happening on Windows or Mac OS?
  
  Do any of you have any browser plugins enabled? Sometimes they interfere with the interface. You could try in a private session just to ensure that it is not the case.

• Hey Jesper. In my case, it's on mobile (android) using Brave browser (chromium). No plugins. I tested in a private session and still encountered the same problem with my ongoing games. I also tried using Firefox instead (private tab) and still encountered the issue.

• I shouldn’t have to try another browser I was meant to get one free game and it bugged out meaning I lost that game. I was using chrome it’s probably the most commonly used browser to access the game in I understand things like this will happen but saying try a different browser isn’t a solution. You wouldn’t have a mechanic tell you to just try a different car

• I'm merely asking this to help us identify what the root cause of the problem is. If you don't feel like trying other browsers that's perfectly fine, but then I'm not sure we will be able to track down the issue.

• My apologies then I mistook that for a dismissive suggestion. No I have not tried another browser I have played a small number of games since and haven’t been able to replicate the issue I did try by actively zooming in and out with quite aggressive track pad movement but to no avail which probably is a good thing

• I have had numerous issues with the map no longer appearing. I have tried reloading the page—which works intermittently. Sometimes going into the Support or Profile page and coming back works. Today, though, I had to restart a game because everything but the main screen had disappeared; this is very frustrating.
  Is there any way OUT of fullscreen mode, BTW? (Make that “I had to start a new game”, but I can’t seem to select & edit text here.)
  
  Also, the US game keeps saying I won a gold medal, but I’ve only got one. Is that right?
  
  Chrome on iPad Pro.
  
  Love the app, but it can be frustrating to spend who know how long clicking down some interstate between South Nowhere and (knows) a truck stop only to find you have to start all over again!
