Hello, i lost my pro account

I dont remember the mail to my pro account and the payment is today. It has been billing me 2.99$ every month but when i check on my account it says its a free account. Please help.

  • My account suddenly disappeared, I'm back to zero and have to pay to become a PRO when I already am...what's going on?
