Forgotten which email ID I have used
There is no email received from Geoguessr in any of my mail accounts , Even if I try to change the password none of my email ID are registered, (But I have a active pro account )

You can also send an email to subscription@geoguessr.com with the following and I can help further:
- Last 4 digits of the card
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- Full name of card holder
- Screenshot or bank statement of the latest charge along with date.
