Forgot my password; no email with instructions

Hello! I was challenged to play Geoguessr, but I had forgotten my account password. When I tried to create a new password I got the message "You've got mail. Check your email and follow the instructions." But there was actually no mail from Geoguessr. It seems, therefore, that I'm stuck.

    I have sent a password reset email separately, can end up in Spam as well. In case it does not arrive either, send an email to subscription@geoguessr.com and we can help further.

  • Thanks a lot for your answer! However, I'm afraid your separate password reset email has not arrived (nothing in Spam either). So I'm really puzzled. Any suggestions on what to do next?
